16 laps on Tuesday, 20 on Wednesday and 16 again yesterday. So that's 52 this week. Add 70 from last week and it's 122 laps : over 3 kilometres since I started this blog: that's up to Delhaize and back. Not swimming today, but hope to be back there on Saturday.
Feet at present feeling not much worse than . . . bruised I suppose, which ought to be good (on the other hand, I'm not exactly doing much walking). Seem to have lost 4-5 cm from what I am pleased to call my waist and getting on for a couple of kilograms in the last fortnight. That seems to be down to a) the swimming and b) much less bread and a little less food in general. Odd eh? Off for a Greek now! Happy days!
